Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Lymphedema Specialist - Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide expert PT services in our outpatient setting in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on restoring function after trauma or disease, with a strong emphasis on lymphedema care, and requires collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of 10,000.00 and a full-time, day-shift schedule (M-Thurs 7a-6p, Fri 7a-1p) with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Provides professional outpatient physical therapy services focused on restoring function and preventing disability.
• Evaluates patients using standard tests and measurements and develops treatment plans.
• Communicates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for patients.

Responsabilités

• Performs outpatient PT evaluations, tests, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develops and documents patient treatment plans and progress notes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
