Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and promotes teamwork through effective communication and policy adherence.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment, with functional evaluations and a defined treatment plan.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, discharge notes, and ICD-10 coding.
• Meets department budget and productivity standards, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Participates in process management to improve quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development and shares clinical expertise with staff and students.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and others; ensures understanding.
• Delivers age-appropriate patient care and updates knowledge of growth and aging processes.
