Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification upon hire; licensure as a Physical Therapist eligible in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Apply therapeutic principles to patient care with safety and judgment.
• Identify problems and set achievable goals during evaluation and treatment.
• Design and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and goals.
• Prepare for discharge with organized documentation and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective patient treatment and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and treatment plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
