Education and licensure requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Texas licensure eligibility, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; eligible for Texas licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification upon hire.
• New graduates welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply therapeutic principles safely to maximize patient treatment potential.
• Identify problems during evaluation and set realistic goals with timelines.
• Design and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Prepare for patient discharge with organized equipment needs and resource planning.
• Foster teamwork and maintain clear two-way communication among staff.
• Organize patient treatment times efficiently.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
