Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accredited physical therapy program.
• Eligible for licensure in Texas as a physical therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon hire (AHA/ARC).
• No experience required; 1 year of experience welcomed (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Apply therapeutic principles and good clinical judgment while prioritizing patient safety.
• Identify problems from evaluation and set realistic goals with timelines.
• Design and implement treatment plans and adjust based on patient progress.
• Document progress and ensure timely, organized discharge planning and equipment needs.
• Foster teamwork and two-way communication with staff to support patient care.
• Schedule and manage patient treatment time efficiently; maintain accurate records.
