Qualifications

• Experience No experience required
• Licenses and Certifications Active CPR/BLS certification upon hire; (LPT) LIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST Eligible for licensure in the State of Texas upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Has knowledge of therapeutic principles and practices; good clinical judgment and patient safety first.
• Identifies and records problems areas on evaluation with realistic goals and timelines.
• Analyzes and designs treatment plans based on patient problems and goals; monitor progress.
• Prepares for patient discharge with organized documentation of equipment needs.
• Fosters teamwork and collaborative communication among staff.
• Organizes patient treatment time efficiently and documents progress.
