Job summary

Aceable in Austin, TX is seeking an LX Editorial Content Manager to ensure licensing content is clear, accurate, and on-brand. You will review, refine, and maintain consistency across our growing course library using AI-assisted workflows and our content system.

You’ll edit across insurance, mortgage, real estate, and drivers ed, write when needed, and mentor new content managers. Strong editorial eye and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing and/or writing experience in consumer-facing or regulated content.
• Strong eye for voice, consistency, and instructional clarity.
• Ability to apply a brand voice and style across various content kinds.
• Ability to write original content and edit others’ work.
• Highly organized with multiple review cycles across verticals.

Responsibilities

• Edit and write across licensing verticals using established standards and AI workflows.
• Review content for brand voice, clarity, accuracy, and instructional flow.
• Provide actionable editorial feedback to raise quality.
• Enforce Aceable style guide consistently across content.
• Create and maintain original course content when needed within templates.
• Suggest systemic improvements to reduce editing time.
• Learn and work with Aceable’s AI-assisted content workflow and tools.
• Collaborate with designers on infographics and study guides.
• Help onboard new content managers with editorial guidance.
• Refine QA processes, checklists, and style docs.
