Job summary

Aceable is seeking an LX Editorial Content Manager in Austin to oversee licensing content across insurance, mortgage, real estate, and drivers ed. You will ensure clarity, accuracy, and on-brand language while leveraging AI-assisted workflows and templates.

The role emphasizes quality, consistency, and scalable editorial practices. You will edit, write, and provide actionable feedback, maintaining Aceable’s style across multiple courses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of editing and/or writing experience in consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environments
• Strong editorial eye to catch voice inconsistencies, structural problems, and instructional gaps
• Ability to internalize and apply a brand voice and style guide across content types
• Comfort writing original content and editing others’ work
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple review cycles across verticals
• Clear and constructive written and verbal communication; provide useful feedback
• Comfort with AI writing/editing tools and using them thoughtfully
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently on long-running projects

Responsibilities

• Edit and write across licensing verticals within content standards and AI systems
• Review course content for brand voice, clarity, accuracy, and instructional flow
• Provide actionable editorial feedback to content managers
• Enforce Aceable style guide and standards across reviewed content
• Write and maintain original course content when needed within templates and playbooks
• Recommend systemic improvements to reduce editing time
• Learn and work with Aceable’s AI-assisted workflows and tools
• Collaborate with designers on content creation (infographics, illustrations, study guides)
• Help onboard new content managers by modeling editorial standards
• Refine QA processes, editorial checklists, and style docs
