Job summary

Aceable is seeking an LX Editorial Content Manager to ensure licensing courses are clear, accurate, and on-brand. You will work within an AI-assisted content workflow, reviewing and refining content across insurance, mortgage, real estate, and drivers ed.

You will edit, write, and maintain content, provide actionable editorial feedback, and help enhance QA processes while collaborating with designers on visuals and study guides. This role blends precision editing with scalable content strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing or writing in consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content
• Strong editorial eye beyond grammar, catching voice and instructional gaps
• Ability to apply brand voice and style across many content types
• Ability to write original content and edit others’ work
• Highly organized with multiple review cycles across verticals
• Clear and constructive written and verbal communication
• Comfort with AI writing/editing tools and thoughtful usage
• Collaborative yet independent on long-running projects

Responsibilities

• Edit and write across licensing verticals within standards and AI systems to deliver high-quality education at scale
• Review course content for brand voice, clarity, accuracy, and instructional flow
• Provide editorial feedback to help content managers raise the bar
• Enforce Aceable's style guide and editorial standards consistently across content
• Write and maintain original course content when production capacity requires it
• Suggest systemic improvements to reduce editing time
• Learn and work with Aceable's AI-assisted workflow and tools
• Collaborate with designers on infographics and study guides
• Help onboard new content managers with editorial guidance
• Refine QA processes and style documentation
