Job summary

Aceable seeks an LX Content Manager to write and maintain course content across licensing verticals, following templates, style guides, and state playbooks. You’ll draft, adapt, and refine content within Aceable’s content system and AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll collaborate with designers, learn brand voice, reuse content across states, and support content for Aceable.com. This role blends writing, systems thinking, and AI fluency to deliver accurate, on-brand learning at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of writing and/or content management in consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clear, accurate, engaging.
• Fluency with AI tools and knowing when to use them to improve work.
• Ability to learn and apply brand voice, style guidelines, and content frameworks.
• Comfort with structured production systems and templates while bringing creativity.
• Organized and self-directed; manage multiple writing projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain original educational content across licensing verticals, following templates and state playbooks.
• Update courses to reflect regulatory changes and instructional standards.
• Learn and work with Aceable’s course management tools and AI workflows to author curriculum.
• Collaborate with designers on content creation, infographics, and study guides.
• Maintain Aceable’s brand voice, tone, and style across content.
• Identify opportunities to reuse content for scalability across states and verticals.
• Support content creation for Aceable.com, including articles and landing pages.
• Participate in editorial reviews, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
