Job summary

Aceable is seeking an LX Content Manager to write and maintain course content, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to scale quality while ensuring the brand voice stays consistent. You will collaborate with designers and editors to produce engaging, accurate content across licensing verticals.

You will learn Aceable’s proprietary tools and contribute to editorial cycles, helping shape content that informs learners and supports regulatory compliance across states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of writing and/or content management experience in consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you are clear, accurate, and engaging.
• Fluency with AI tools and using them to produce better work efficiently.
• Ability to learn brand voice, style guidelines, and content frameworks quickly.
• Comfortable working within structured production systems and templates while adding creativity.
• Organized and self-directed with multiple writing projects across subjects.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently on long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain original educational course content across licensing verticals.
• Update and improve existing courses to reflect regulatory changes and standards.
• Learn and work with Aceable’s course management tools and AI-assisted workflows to author curriculum.
• Collaborate with designers on content creation including visuals and study guides.
• Maintain Aceable’s brand voice, tone, and style across content.
• Identify opportunities to create scalable, reusable content across states and verticals.
• Support content creation for Aceable.com, including articles and landing pages.
