Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• At least two years outpatient experience with progressive responsibilities.
• At least two years supervisory/management experience in health care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinic staff and daily operations to ensure policy compliance and standard of work.
• Participates in lean processes and policy/program development to improve care delivery and accreditation.
• Develops staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Conducts staff meetings for education and updates.
• Monitors key performance metrics.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Ensure age-specific and developmental needs of patients (adults and children) are met.
