AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care for our PACE clinic patients. You will supervise front and back-office staff and coordinate clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.

The role requires California LVN licensure, 1–2 years of outpatient and supervisory experience, and BLS certification. EHR/EMR familiarity is preferred, with a focus on geriatric care within AltaMed's community clinics.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in California.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years outpatient experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or higher per AHA/Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care for AltaMed PACE clinic patients.
• Supervise and coordinate front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff.
• Ensure clinic operations are efficient and compliant with budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate coaching, training, and planning as assigned.
