Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced LVN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the day shift. You will oversee LVNs and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing environment.

In this role, you will coordinate admissions, perform clinical audits in PCC, and mentor frontline staff while maintaining a safe, compassionate, and efficient facility operations.

Qualifications

This role is designed for a motivated LVN with strong clinical oversight skills and a proven track record in a skilled nursing environment.
