OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (LVN) to ensure that shifts within the facility are appropriately covered and staffing is optimized. You will set schedules and rotate internal staff to maintain quality care, while logging activities with daily reports in coordination with Human Resources.
The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, overtime monitoring, payroll verification, and teamwork with the Nursing leadership to support resident care excellence.

The Staffing Coordinator (LVN) will ensure that they set schedules in a way that each shift within the facility is appropriately covered. This may involve rotating internal employees to provide quality care in the facility. These professionals are also required to maintain daily staffing reports and record so that each activity is logged properly. Staffing coordinators work closely with the human resources department.
