OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (LVN or RN) in Texas to support and manage Nursing Services in compliance with state and federal standards. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, this role assumes clinical operations and oversees the nursing process under the State Nurse Practice Act.
The position requires licensure as RN or LVN in Texas, a nursing degree, and supervisory experience.

In absence of the Director of Nursing, assumes the responsibility for clinical operations.
