Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across the Baytown area. This role offers a manageable pace with consistent assignments and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
