Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring an LVN to provide direct patient care in patients' homes across Beaumont area. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans within assigned service areas.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
• Home-based care within assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Education

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
