Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the Houston area and surrounding communities.

You will deliver one-on-one nursing services, follow the nursing process, and work with a supportive clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Flexible scheduling and differential shifts are offered to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.
