Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an LVN to provide direct, in-home nursing care to geriatric patients, including those with peg tubes and trachs. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and support care plans in patients' homes, with a focus on delivering personalized 1:1 care.

The role offers stable hours, opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical support are included.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
