Job summary

Mosaic Management in California seeks a Health Services Manager - LVN/RN to lead clinical operations at the Franciscan Village community. You will oversee resident care services, coordinate assessments and service plan reviews, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The role requires an unencumbered RN or LVN license in California, 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership in long-term care, and strong proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management.
• Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee all medication delivery systems to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify physician orders, MAR transcription, and PRN parameters, ensuring clear instructions are available for Med Techs.
• Review and resolve daily missed medication reports to ensure proper administration.
