Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas LVN license in good standing.

• Strong communication with residents and staff.

• Ability to organize workflow and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Properly administer resident medications.
• Implement resident care plans per physician orders and policies.
• Accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Timely and accurate documentation of resident charts.
• Participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Maintain infection control and safety.
• Provide guidance to Nurse Aides and assist as needed.
