• Maintain infection control and accurate charting.

Responsibilities

• Administer resident medications according to physician orders.
• Implement resident care plans in compliance with guidelines.

• Perform treatments and timely chart documentation.
• Transcribe orders accurately and participate in shift reports.
• Educate support staff on care needs and nursing policies.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
