Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or resident care preferred.
• Team player able to collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician on resident care.
• Assist in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Support team development and growth of staff.
• Examine residents and records to identify early health concerns.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting.
