Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced LVN for our corporate Clinical Reimbursement team, on-site at our headquarters. The role supports reimbursement operations for about 90 skilled nursing facilities by analyzing weekly and monthly reports.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas LVN license, MDS experience, and strong data skills with PCC, Excel, and Word. You will collaborate with facility and corporate leadership to meet deadlines and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Previous MDS experience is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete, review, and analyze weekly and monthly clinical reimbursement reports for approximately 90 facilities.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, missing information, and follow-up needs.
• Utilize PCC to access and review clinical and reimbursement-related information.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, analyze, track, and report information.
• Apply knowledge of MDS processes and skilled nursing clinical documentation when reviewing facility data.
• Maintain tracking systems and ensure reports are completed within deadlines.
• Communicate with facility and corporate leadership on outstanding items and reporting needs.
