Job summary

Foursquare Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist to guide facility teams in accurate MDS assessments and documentation for proper reimbursement. Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance on MDS and PDPM processes.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Travel between assigned facilities to provide support and training.
