Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Beaumont, TX is seeking an LVN to provide 1:1 pediatric home care for G-tube and trach patients. You will deliver direct patient care in the home, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans.

This position offers 6:00 pm–6:00 am shifts on rotation, weekly pay, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, PTO, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and local office support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
