Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed LVN to provide direct, in-home nursing care for a pediatric client in Beaumont, Texas. You will work in a 1:1 setting, delivering medications and treatments per care plans, monitoring patient status, and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and robust support from local clinical and office teams.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
