Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Beaumont, TX is hiring an LVN to deliver direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will work 4:30 pm–9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, providing skilled bedside care and coordinating with the care team.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and full support from a local clinical and office team. Active LVN license and current BLS are required, with opportunities for additional shifts and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
