Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an LVN to provide in-home nursing care for geriatric patients with peg tubes and trachs in Hankamer, TX. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day to overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.

You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support care plans while enjoying weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical support from Maxim's local team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Requirements

Required:
