Job summary

First Place Pediatrics LLC is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. You will manage 1:1 patient care, including those with g-tube, trach, or ventilator needs, and document progress electronically using our EMR platform.

Join a team that prioritizes quality, consistency, and compassionate care in the home setting. Availability across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with options for part-time or full-time roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in state(s) where practicing (CA preferred).
• Current CPR certification required; BLS preferred.
• Pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in home settings.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with g-tube, trach, or ventilator needs.
• Document care electronically in EMR system.
• Perform patient assessments and update care plans.
• Deliver in-person nursing services at patients' homes.
• Develop meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator experience strongly preferred
