First Place Pediatrics LLC is seeking a compassionate home health nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in the Spring Valley area. You will work with pediatric and adult patients, including those with g-tube, trach, or ventilator, in their homes.

You will document electronically, perform assessments, and build meaningful long-term relationships with patients and their families. Weekend day shifts are available with flexible scheduling options.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care to patients in home settings.
• Care for pediatric/adult patients with g-tubes, trachs, or ventilators.
• Document progress electronically.
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning.
• Deliver in-person care and build strong relationships with families.

• 1:1 patient care

You start your day by touching base with your care team. For added ease, in-depth information on your patient is available on our dedicated EMR platform.

Throughout the day you will utilize your skills independently to provide 1:1 care to your patient.

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
