Job summary

First Place Pediatrics LLC is seeking a dedicated home health nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in the home. You will use an EMR platform and collaborate with your care team.

You will care for pediatric and adult patients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator, perform assessments, document progress, administer medications, and build long-term relationships. • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
