Job summary

Fox Hollow Post Acute – Brownsville SNF, LLC is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, direct nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and participate in QA and discharge planning.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must demonstrate leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Must be able to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, and policies for providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift and ensure nursing staff follow policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain the nursing service program, QA activities, and discharge planning.
• Meet with nursing staff regularly to identify and correct problem areas and improve services.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental staff to ensure resident care aligns with care plans and regulatory requirements.
