Starlite Recovery Center in Center Point, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing care within our residential treatment setting. This role supports patients aged 18+ with a focus on safety, documentation, and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, administering basic care, and coordinating with RNs and physicians. Full-time position with day or night shifts (6:00–6:00) and rotating weekends.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care within LPN/LVN scope.
• Collaborate with staff to meet patients' physical, psychosocial, age and cultural needs.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per physician orders and policies.
• Document patient progress accurately and report changes to RN/MD.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and participate in quality improvement.
