Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in Texas required.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN/LVN scope.
• Monitor patient health and document progress.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians for patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reporting.
