Bristol Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Weaverville, CA. Provide direct patient care, document care plans, and support end-of-life comfort with dignity and respect.

Three years nursing experience preferred; LPN/LVN license required by the State. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a nationwide hospice provider are offered.

Qualifications

  • Willing to work flexible hours and adapt to hospice needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as defined by state nurse practice act.
  • Document accurately and timely care plans and services.
  • Educate patients and families about diagnosis and self-care.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
  • Manage pain and symptoms and ensure comfort in end-of-life care.
