Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an LVN/LPN for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:45am) in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading Caregivers and Medication Technicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have an active LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of medication administration experience, with strong English

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in-state.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• At least one year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient computer and mobile device use.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information.
• Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary.
• Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers.
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner.
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
