Job summary

Responsibilities

• Chart and document patient conditions and changes.
• Follow narcotics counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Document any changes in patient status (nutrition, infections, skin issues, weight changes).
• Utilize Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, LOA, new admits or discharges.
• Conduct rounds with physicians when needed.
