Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established charting procedures and incident reporting.
• Adhere to procedures for narcotics counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, or weight changes.
• Use the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in programs.
• Document and notify departments of room changes, LOA, admissions, or discharges.
• Round with physicians as needed.
