Job summary

Voyages Behavioral Health (an affiliate of PAM Health) is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on our behavioral health unit. You will engage in interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and family teaching to support post-hospitalcare.

Education includes current LPN/LVN licensure and required BLS; crisis management certification may be required by policy.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, deliver and supervise nursing care for patients admitted to the unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
