Job summary

PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise nursing care on the unit. The role includes discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education for post-hospital needs.

Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state and BLS are required; crisis management certification per policy is expected. Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care in the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Teach patients and families for post-hospital care and access community resources.
