Job summary

Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the unit under the supervision of leadership. You will implement the nursing process and coordinate interdisciplinary care, with discharge planning and post-hospital teaching.

The role supports PRN scheduling with weekend and holiday coverage. Current Texas LPN licensure and BLS are required, with crisis management certification per policy.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Plan and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and discharge planning.
