Las Colinas Post-Acute in Ontario, CA, a 216-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking passionate LVNs/LPTs who bring dedication and heart to care for our senior residents. Qualifications

• Welcoming new graduates and supporting their transition into senior care.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Administering medications and documenting care electronically.
• Managing acute and chronic resident care needs.
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to support quality outcomes.
• Leading and supporting CNAs to ensure excellent resident care.
