Las Colinas Post-Acute in Ontario, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our 196-bed skilled nursing team.

Location: Las Colinas Post-Acute, Ontario, CA. Pay: $19–$23 per hour depending on experience. Shifts: PM and NOC.

You will assist residents with ADLs, measure vital signs, document care, and support nurses, while maintaining compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California CNA certification.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Measure and record vital signs and document care accurately.
• Support nurses by following individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a respectful, professional, and caring approach at all times.
