You’ll support residents and families, administer medications, and document care electronically while collaborating with CNAs and a caring team to ensure high-quality outcomes in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current LVN or LPT license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills with a resident-centered approach.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
