Las Colinas Post-Acute in Ontario, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and assist nursing staff with care plans. You will respond promptly to resident needs and help foster a warm, family-like environment close to home.

Ideal candidates hold a California CNA certification, are compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to teamwork and high-quality senior care.
