Las Colinas Post-Acute in Ontario, CA is hiring LVN/LPTs for a compassionate care team at a 216-bed skilled nursing facility. You’ll administer medications, document care, and support CNAs to deliver high-quality resident care.

Pay Range:

$29-$33 per hour, DOE
