Maxim Healthcare, Inc. in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for an adult patient dependent on a G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator.

The position offers a Mon - Fri schedule with occasional 12s to cover other shifts, competitive pay of $32–$34 per hour, and hands-on training.

LVN license in CA and at least one year of LVN experience required; new grads not accepted at this time.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1 year LVN experience required.
• TB or Chest X-Ray on file or provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
