Job summary

BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX seeks a Dialysis Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a day-shift, full-time position. You will support Registered Nurses and physicians in assessing patient health needs and contributing to care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have Texas LVN licensure, completion of an accredited LVN program, and BLS certification (to be obtained within 14 days of hire). IV certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LVN program.
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other members of the immediate healthcare team.
